Containers for Change was introduced on the November 1 in Queensland. This is part of an initiative to reduce waste and pollution of our land and waterways. Reverse Vending Machines (RVMs) offer a 10-cent refund for eligible containers.
What do you do?
- Collect your containers. These can be water bottles, aluminium cans, and glass bottles.
- Bag them and take them to a location with vending machines or the main depot at Seventeen Mile Rocks.
- Put in the Unique Identifier Code for Oxley State School : C100 40707
- Funds are then directed to the school! EASY!
