School photos will be taken on Tuesday March 5th 2024.
Photos will be taken of all classes, individual portraits and requested sibling photos.
Students have already received their own unique envelope. It is very important you keep this safe
as it has the Unique Access Key that you need to order online!
**Please check that your student’s name is spelt correctly on the prepaid envelope as this is how it
will appear at the bottom of the class photo.**
PAYING ONLINE
1. Jump on website www.BeyondSchoolPhotos.com.au
2. Click “Order online”
3. Enter the Unique Access Key from your envelope, enter your email and login to our secure
shopping cart
4. Complete your order
5. If you have name changes hand this envelope in at the time of the student‘s individual photo.
If not, there is no need hand the envelope back.
Paying for multiple students
You can now order for multiple students at once HOWEVER you
must enter the Unique Access Key for each student. Complete your order for your first student, then
click the “Continue Shopping” button to login with your Second student’s Unique Access Key and so
on.
Paying for sibling photos
These can only be ordered by logging in with the Sibling Access Key
found at the top of a YELLOW ENVELOPE. The yellow envelopes are available from the school office.
You must hand in this yellow envelope on photo day otherwise your sibling photo may not be taken.
Sibling photos will be taken from 8.00am on 5/3/23. All siblings are welcome but must be
supervised by parents.
A make up day will be scheduled the following week for any students that are absent on photo day.
