Welcome Back to the Tuckshop!
We're thrilled that our tuckshop has reopened in Term 4, 2024. Here's everything you need to know:
Pre-Orders
- Place orders online via the Flexischools app by 5pm on the Monday before.
- At this time, we will be accepting pre-orders only and there will not be cash sales available.
Menu
- Term 4 Menu: Featuring a reduced Smart Choices approved menu.

- Dietary Requirements: For special dietary needs, please email us at oxleysstuckshop@gmail.com to discuss a management plan.
Order Collection
- Prep Students: Orders will be delivered by a teacher aide.
- Years 1 - 6: Orders will be distributed by the class tuckshop monitor with support from teachers and volunteers.
Parent Support
- Please remind your children about their tuckshop orders and collection instructions.
Volunteers Needed
- The tuckshop is run by parent volunteers, and we need your help! If you are interested, please email us at oxleysstuckshop@gmail.com We require four volunteers per shift:
- 7am – 8am
- 10am – 11am
- 1pm – 2pm
Cancellation Policy
The tuckshop is currently operated by volunteers during their own time, offering a menu that includes fresh produce and tuckshop-cooked items. As all food preparation and ordering are done once orders close on Monday, we have implemented the following cancellation policy to help ensure the tuckshop runs sustainably and covers its costs.
- More than 7 days' notice: Orders cancelled with at least 7 days' notice can be refunded or credited as tuckshop credit.
- Less than 7 days but before 9am the day prior: Orders cancelled within this timeframe are eligible for tuckshop credit.
- After 9am the day prior: Unfortunately, orders cancelled after this time are non-refundable or able to receive a credit, as food has already been purchased and prepared. You are welcome to transfer the order to another student or visit the tuckshop to collect the order.
Order Changes
We accept changes on a case-by-case basis. While we will try to accommodate requests where possible, changes may not be possible due to stock availability or items already being prepared.
To cancel or modify an order prior to the day of delivery, please email us at oxleysstuckshop@gmail.com. For same-day cancellations, please call the Tuckshop directly at (07) 3716 2405.
